Comments: I thought I would give this a try shortly after loosing a lot of weight in hopes of maintaining. I use 2 tablets as directed, when I am going out to eat and know I am not going to be on my best behavior. I have maintained my weightloss all summer long, without my rigid weightloss diet, and feel great too so now I am back for more.
